Basic Triyoga Workshop on Saturday 28 August 10h00 - 12h00

This is your chance to find out what yoga is all about. This is a 2 hour workshop - the first 30 minutes for some knowledge and basic sanskrit names that are used in all yoga sessions. One and a half hours will be a class.

All postures are easily achievable and not only will you be enlightened by your abilities, you will also realise it will calm the mind and connect you to your deeper self.
