Your breath is your constant, most glorious companion.
Breathing in, you receive life,
a silent gift entering every cell,

Breathing out, you let go,

each exhale is a soft and natural return to yourself.

Your breath asks for nothing and gives everything,

When you consciously return to the breath,

stepping away from the scattered noise,
and into the simple truth of now.
With each exhale that releases
and inhale that nourishes,

without fleeing.
