LET ME REMEMBER

Let me remember the truth of who I am.

Let me remember my innocence.

Let me remember my pure, uncensored, and original self.

Let me remember to feel my body,

to feel my inner world, and the world around me,

and to be informed by what I feel.

Let me remember not to believe anyone or anything,

unless it absolutely resonates within me

as my own genuine truth.

Let me remember to listen -

and hear the beauty of the song of the birds.

Let me remember to look -

and see the beauty of the color of the sky.

Let me remember to receive -

and bask in the beauty of Mother Nature.

Let me remember why I am here,

why I chose to come to this time, to this dimension,

to this challenging life. Let me remember

with gentleness and compassion for myself.

Let me remember that I have access to unconditional peace.

Let me remember that I am an eternal being of pure infinite love.

Let me remember that I can see my light if I look through my heart and remember the truth of who I am.
