Yin Yoga on Thursday.

I am a big fan of yin yoga. It is not sweaty and it also not a very active form of practice, but the benefits are worth the time spent.

We all need that little bit of stillness during our lives.

Yin brings the stillness but also brings the body benefits.

Hope to see you try a class soon 8h00 and 17h00 on Thursdays.

  • Calms and balances the mind and body.

  • Reduces stress and anxiety.

  • Increases circulation.

  • Improves flexibility.

  • Releases fascia and improves joint mobility.

  • Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana.
